“Remington came out today to diagnose why my HVAC heater is blowing cold air. He discovered the problem and explained it very well. It is a warranty item so it wasn’t repaired yet but he will be back with the part needed. Knowledgeable fella. He pet my dog and made my dog happy too so A+ for that as well.
