“Remi was polite, kind, very informative and communicated so very well with me. He checked out my system. He assured me there were no issues. He showed me where the contactor might be a problem in the future and suggested that I might think about that. My husband and I decided to replace it so there were no issues in the future. He also added a float switch which my AC unit did not have prior for safety. I would recommend this company and this technician highly to anyone.”
