“Well considering that 8 days later I had to call and have someone come out and do the exact same work that was done on 6/14 AND PAY a premium for the work to be repeated and now I’ll have to pay even more to get the problem fixed I’m not real happy. Oh also I had water leaking through my ceiling from the drain that was unclogged 8 days ago. We’re at $600 and the original problem I called about has not been fixed (still getting a smoke/hot smell every now and then when AC comes on). The water draining needing service was identified during the initial service due to the all drainage going out the overflow drain. Current call was because neither drain was draining…. Ugh.”

“Austin arrived and found out the fan blower in the outdoor unit was bad along with a contact. At first he thought that the part would have to be ordered and he called Josh. After discussing it and making sure it was the outdoor unit, Josh thought there was one in the shop. He found it and brought it by and Austin and Josh changed out the parts needed and now we are just waiting for the temperature to go down.
Both, Austin and Josh were very polite and explained things to where I could understand. My husband is disabled and it would have been hard on us to relocate temporarily. Austin had asked Josh about putting in a window unit if they didn’t have the part. I’m glad they didn’t have to do that but appreciate that Austin thought about it.
I even signed up for maintenance so I can be sure the unit is operating efficiently.

“AC condenser unit needed to be replaced since it was leaking Freon. While waiting for it to be shipped, Josh Gutierrez and Ronnie Holt came around several times to add Freon to the unit so my house would stay cool. Ronnie and Austin Caldwell did a great job installing the condenser in less time than predicted!! I was so happy it didn’t take 4 hours in this August heat we are experiencing!! Office personnel are very nice and friendly too and didn’t seem bothered every time I would call. Thank you all!!! “

Upon the first diagnosis it was thought to be a freon leak, but then Josh came back out & troubleshooted the power issue & brought my house down from 97F to a cool 75F. Josh arrived promptly and inspected however didn’t have another blower motor available. Josh ordered blower motor & notified us that as soon as received he get it installed.
