“Well considering that 8 days later I had to call and have someone come out and do the exact same work that was done on 6/14 AND PAY a premium for the work to be repeated and now I’ll have to pay even more to get the problem fixed I’m not real happy. Oh also I had water leaking through my ceiling from the drain that was unclogged 8 days ago. We’re at $600 and the original problem I called about has not been fixed (still getting a smoke/hot smell every now and then when AC comes on). The water draining needing service was identified during the initial service due to the all drainage going out the overflow drain. Current call was because neither drain was draining…. Ugh.”
